This is great to put out to help strays and ferals and also the outdoor cats of irresponsible pet owners who opt to leave them out in the cold.

This would be perfect for the cats we have outside.

Oh, oh, oh!  This is going to be so helpful come winter!  One of our outside cats just had a litter of six and needs a better place to put them than under the back step.
